RIP JoŽl Robuchon, who sadly passed away today on Monday 6th August 2018.
"His dishes were often the height of luxury: langoustine and truffle ravioli" (wow - beats my Spaghetti Hoopsô!), yet he also "...elevated mashed potato into an art form".
